Conceived as part of the celebrated Montage Resort in Laguna Beach, the residential development caters to a select clientele.  It was designed as the second or third home for affluent families that were interested in having their own residence with the added benefit of a full service five star hotel at their disposal.

The project was designed in the tradition of Arts and Crafts to complement the aesthetics of the resort.  In addition to fourteen attached condominiums spread in two buildings, the complex consists of fourteen costume home lots fLanking the north-western most part of the site.

The condominium’s indoor living areas range in size from 2,500 to over 3,000 square feet per unit.  An ample deck or terrace that runs the width of the residence provides additional outdoor entertaining areas.  The decks also take advantage of the Pacific Ocean views afforded to this locale in Southern California’s Gold Coast.
